About GSD
GSD — short for Get Signing Done — is electronic-signature software for getting documents signed. You upload a PDF, drop signature, initial, date, and other fields where they belong, and send it to signers who sign in their browser. No account, no app, no vendor portal on their end. You get the completed file plus a tamper-evident audit trail and a Certificate of Completion.
What we're trying to do
Most e-signature tools are built for enterprise procurement, and it shows: confusing pricing, features bundled into tiers you'll never use, and contracts that lock you in for a year before you've sent your first document. GSD exists to strip that away.
Our goal is simple — make legally binding e-signatures fast, fair, and accessible, without the bloat or lock-in of enterprise tools. If you can attach a PDF to an email, you can send it for signature with GSD. The signing should be the hard part of your day, not the software.
What we stand for
These principles shape how the product works and how we charge for it:
- A genuinely free tier. The Free plan lets you send up to 5 documents for signature every month at no cost, with the full audit trail included and no credit card required. It's not a time-limited trial that expires on you — it's a real plan you can stay on.
- Transparent pricing. No hidden seat minimums, no surprise overage bills. When you outgrow Free, you can pay only for what you send with pay-as-you-go credits, or pick a flat monthly plan. See exactly what each tier includes on the pricing page.
- A court-grade audit trail. Every view, click, and signature is timestamped and recorded with the signer's IP address and a SHA-256 hash of the document. A Certificate of Completion travels with the signed file, so the record is tamper-evident and verifiable by anyone.
- No annual lock-in. Paid plans are month to month. Cancel whenever you want, and unused pay-as-you-go credits never expire, so you don't lose what you've paid for.
- Legally binding by design. Signatures collected through GSD are intended to be legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, and are recognized as electronic signatures under the EU's eIDAS Regulation.
How the signing works
The core flow is meant to be boring in the best way. Upload a document, place your fields, add signer emails, and send. Signers open a secure link, review, and sign on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. When everyone's done, the completed PDF and its audit trail land back in your account, sealed against later changes.
From there you can do more when you need to: route signers sequentially or in parallel, set per-envelope expirations and access codes, send reminders, save documents as reusable templates, and send in bulk from a CSV. About the audit trail and the law
An e-signature is only as good as the evidence behind it. What makes a signature hold up isn't the squiggle on the page — it's the record of who signed, when, from where, and that the document hasn't changed since. That's why every GSD envelope produces a verifiable trail rather than just a flattened image. We're careful about what we claim. Under eIDAS, GSD signatures are recognized as simple electronic signatures; Advanced (AES) and Qualified (QES) signatures are available via add-ons rather than the standard flow. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.

GSD is operated by Presidium Services LLC, doing business as GSD, based in Florida, USA. We build and run the product directly — there's no reseller or middle layer between you and the people maintaining the software.
