How these work
Every template on this page is a real document, not a preview image, and each one is set out in full on its own page: the fields you fill in, who signs, and the exact terms. You can read the whole thing before you decide anything.
Downloading the blank PDF or sending one for signature takes a free account (five documents a month, no card). The signature, date and initials fields are already placed, so you fill in your details, enter the other party's email, and send. Your signer needs no account and no app, and you get the completed PDF with a tamper-evident audit trail recording who signed, when, and from where. Signatures collected this way are intended to be legally binding under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA; see security & legal validity for what that means in practice.
Templates are a starting point, not legal advice. Read the terms and edit them to match how you actually work before you send one to a customer.
Already have the document and just need your own signature on it? Sign a PDF does that in the browser, free.
