Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
GSD ("we", "us", "our") is a document e-signature service operated by Presidium Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our service is available at gsdhere.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@gsdhere.com.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — name, email address, and password (or OAuth identity from Google/Microsoft) when you register.
- Documents — files you upload for signing. We store them only to deliver the service.
- Signer information — names, email addresses, and optional phone numbers of people you invite to sign.
- Signatures and form data — the signed content and field values captured during a signing session.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, and device type logged for security and audit purposes.
- Session data stored in your browser cookie to keep you logged in.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To send signing invitations and completion notifications to signers on your behalf.
- To process payments via Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
- To detect fraud and maintain security of the platform.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs card data. We receive only a payment confirmation token.
- Email provider (SMTP) — used to deliver signing invitations and notifications. Email addresses are shared only to send the message.
- Google / Microsoft — if you sign in via OAuth, we receive your name and email from those providers per their terms.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Some features use artificial intelligence — for example, automatic field suggestions when you upload a document. When you use an AI feature, the contents of your document are processed transiently by third-party AI providers (routed via OpenRouter) solely to provide that feature. We restrict this processing to providers with no-log and no-train data policies: your documents are not stored by the providers beyond the processing itself and are never used to train AI models. The AI output is kept only as the fields you see in the editor — nothing else is retained.
You can disable all AI processing at any time in Settings. On Business plans, AI features may be routed through your own provider account (bring-your-own-key); in that case, processing occurs under your own agreement with that provider.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and documents for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Documents are stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authenticated account holders only. No security measure is 100% foolproof; use GSD for business documents, not for highly sensitive personal information (such as health or financial records).
8. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing support@gsdhere.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email support@gsdhere.com with the subject line "CCPA Request."
9. Children
GSD is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
